What happens if I remove the last Sesame card?
You can add and remove Sesame cards from your account anytime, provided
that you present the proper credentials needed for that action. Removing
the last Sesame card is in no way special.
When you perform a transaction, you must confirm with as many Sesame cards
as you have setup as restrictions. If you remove the last card that counts
as a restriction, the server will know to look for zero confirmation codes.
In other words, your account is no longer protected with Sesame cards.
Although in general not desirable, this may sometimes be better than risking
loss of that last card. Please contact us if you are in a hurry to get
a new card. In return for an expedition fee we may be able to help out.
Note that the removal of a card always involves the use of the card itself,
or a backup that can replace it.
If you have only one card, you cannot remove it after loss.
If you want to avoid problems
ahead of time, we advise you to register a backup card.
